2. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

  • Orders placed through our Site are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We may reject or cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or failed payment verification.
  • You agree that the products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • We reserve the right to verify customer and payment details before processing any order.

3. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

  • Prices include applicable taxes for South African orders.
  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes that you, as the customer, are liable to settle.
  • All payments are processed securely via the PayFast payment gateway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled through Printful and shipped globally.
  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, courier handling, or incorrect address details provided by you.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Contact returns@goUnder.store within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Include photos and a comprehensive description.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or the wrong size. Please check sizing charts carefully.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Product Information and Warranties

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary based on screen settings.
  • We do not provide warranties beyond those required by South African consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on goUnder.store, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of goUnder and protected under applicable IP laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

goUnder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or courier delays.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
