  • You agree to indemnify and hold goUnder, its affiliates, and staff harmless against claims arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to R1,000 or the total amount you paid us in the last 12 months—whichever is lower.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled in South African courts.
